Powder Coating:

To complete your product we also offer extensive powder coating, labeling and packaging services through our sister facility. In their 60,000 square foot plant the powder coating line accommodates parts up to 6’ high X 3’ long and 3’ wide and includes:

• A 5-stage iron phosphate pretreatment spray system
• A powder booth with 2 ITW Gema Easyspray powder guns
• A cyclonic and 8000 cfm torit dust collector recovery system
• A 425º dryoff and cure oven combination that runs parts from 2’ to 8’ per minute

Through this facility we can also ship directly to your customers, provide special packaging, masking of parts, rivnut application, assembly and warehousing of your product for regular releasing per your schedule.

Inspection:

Precision parts require precision inspection. Valco has the tools and processes to make sure your parts adhere to the highest standards of you and your customers, to ensure successful performance in the field. Inspection resources include:
